Scottish Parliament to ban use of wild animals in circuses

The Scottish Parliament has announced it will introduce a range of new animal welfare regulations, including a ban on the use of wild animals in traveling circuses. The Scottish Environment Secretary, Roseanna Cunningham, announced on Thursday last week that a new Bill would be introduced to ban wild animals in travelling circuses on ethical grounds. ALAW proud to be part of Animal Protection 2017

ALAW is proud to be part of a coalition of 21 animal welfare charities that are calling on party leaders to pledge to maintain the UK’s existing animal protection laws.
