ALAW essay competition winner announced

General Court confirms validity of regulation on seal products

20 May 2013 The General Court of the European Union has issued a press release on Judgment in Case T-526/10, Inuit Tapiriit Kanatami and Others v Commission. Decision to ban Animal Defenders International advert upheld

02 MAY 2013 The decision to ban the Animal Defenders International television advert, which was created as part of their ‘My Mate’s a Primate’ campaign in 2005, has been upheld by the European Court of Human Rights.
